Program
USA Hockey registration is required for all players. Your 2023-24 registration is effective through 8/31/24. We recommend registration with USA Hockey as early as possible. We cannot add any players to 2024-25 USA Hockey rosters until 2024-25 registration is finalized. There will be a link on the Lady Patriots website to register with USA Hockey. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The Lady Patriots offer a payment schedule to its membership. The payment schedule is based on your ice fee balance after you pay your $450 registration fee then divided into four (5) payments of $400.00 each with the remaining balance due by November 1, 2024 the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is not part of the payment schedule. The members are responsible for sending ice payments in on time using the provided mailing vouchers

Girls 10U A Structure
The Girls 10A team is an introduction to travel hockey.
We will play full season schedule of 30 games consisting of MAWHA League games against other Girls teams, in house league at Hatfield and 3 tournaments (at least one home).
Tuition includes:
- 2 practices per week season (September - February)
- 1 Open Lady Patriots Skills session per week
- 30 games including 3 tournaments
- Goalie Coach at one team practice per week.
- Team Practice Jersey
