PAYMENT Vouchers 
The Lady Patriots offer a payment schedule to its membership. The payment schedule is divided into Six (6) payments, Player Registration of $450 as acceptance of contract, followed five (5) payments of $400.00 with the balance due by October 1,2024.  Below is the payment schedule.  The members are responsible for sending ice payments in on time using the provided mailing vouchers below or the online payment option.
