The hockey season is upon us; and it's the time of year to sharpen your skills. Take advantage of WNS with Lady Patriots Hockey and advance your game. Coach Stephanie, Coach Jenna, and guest coaches will be instructing sessions. 

Program Highlights:

• Skating: edge work, footwork & quickness
• Stick Skills: puck control, stick-handling, dekes
• Passing: forehand, backhand, direct, indirect, passing on the move
• Shooting: wrist, snap, slap, backhand, one-timers, shooting on the move, shot placement
• Within the game: playing the body, positional play
• Small Area Games: cross ice 3v3, pond hockey
